[ROM][4.4.2]Aosp 4.4 Rom For Unite 2 / Myphone Rio Lite 

we are happy to present our 1st kitkat custom ROM

This Is First Kitkat Custom ROM for Micromax Unite 2 A106

Note:- You must be on Kitkat rom before flashing this ROM. 


Procedure:-
1.Download and Place rom to the root of your Sd card.
2. now go to Recovery.
3. Wipe All First
4. Goto Advanced Format System,Data And Cache
5. Now Install Zip For Sd Card.
6. Choose Aosp_4.4_By_Mayank.zip
7. After Flashing Reboot.
8. Enjoy The Rom

Note:- i will not Responsible for your bricked device or any problem. flash at own risk.

    dunno what to say...
    stock android on micromax was much better......
    ill tell you the bugs...
    cant access quicksettings....
    the navigation buttons was buggy;;.... sometimes they worked... sometimes not.....when you meant asop.. i thought it was pure android.... but it was filled with many lenovo apps.... and other useless ones..... also the boot animation was that of lenovo.... overall.. its not a good idea to flash this rom on your phone.....
    i flashed it... no use....
    now reverting back to the nandroid backup which i took today....

      Thanks For The Review Brother. But You Are Wrong. Quicksetting is Okay. And You Say navigation bar is buggy :/ . Fully Rom Is Toooo Smoooother . And Buttery Soft. actually Your Flashing Procedure is Worng. Try After Format System Data And Cache . You Got Prob bcoz ur cache is Mixxed with previous one. always remind that before flashing any rom format system data and cache in unite 2.

      let me try it again... its the navigation buttons that hurt me more than anything else.. rest all are superb... the buggy navigation buttons make it completly useless......
      edit... just flashed it......
      the functions of navigation buttons are different.... long press on home launches recent apps ... not google now.....
      long press on the but other two buttons dont have a long press option....
      rest okay.......... i would recommend the stock rom than this... no major difference.... no battery improvement...

    Firstly, a lot of thanks for your hard work & providing this rom to us.
    Secondly, I was curious about the increased camera mp coz never heard of any rom or mod that can increase the camera mp.
    So does your enhanced camera really provides a better image quality?

    I checked in doggee 4.2.9 ROM I m sure it increased camera quality.. But m not sure in aosp..... Aosp has also 8 mp but not sure it give that clarity or not

    can i get that transparent status bar effect on my stock android ??? in my micromax unite 2 without flashing this....
    im not very good with flashing roms...... i have just rooted my phone...

      you can get transparent status bar by using xblast or gravity box xposed moduler

      i meant without any app...... by modifying system files... i saw that the transparent bar in the homescreen of this rom is transparent.. but in mine its not.. how to make it ??

    Hi,
    Mayank, Thanks for lite Rom, There is small bug if you will go in File manager--> "Phone storage" show the content of External SD card and "SD Card" show the content of Internal Phone storage.

    Nice ROm but i am not prefer this .... easy to use , nice UI , but its can't give full support to the Xposed modules ...gravitybox installed but not fully worked ...am ported to the stock KK 4.4.2 i preefer to all ...stockrom is awesome .....but camera nice compare to the stock

    Tried removing agoldwallpaper... but couldn't find it in der!
    And yea it has bit of bugs.. wic is annoying.. But rom is very smooth!

    Thanks Bro..It worked for me and Btw I wanted to ask you that When I was using my stock ROM I applied bootAnimation and Logo of 5.0 Lollipop and Now I am unable to remove it. Can you plz help me in this matter.??

    I want to just remove the BootAnimation and Logo and After I updated this ROM still the 5.0 Lollipop bootAnimation and logo appears..I just want to get RID of this..Plz help..

    Hi,
    I tried installing this ROM but when I select Aosp_4.4_By_Mayank.zip file after "choose zip from sd" option, I do not get any installation option like "YES--confirm" or any other install option. But what happens is that immediately after choosing .zip file it again come back to menu option where diff options are listed like "install zip from sd", etc

    I tried so many times but no success. Any help please
